This look rode the fence when it came to best or worst dressed, but I'm definitely not straddling this fence. The whole look is just wonderful. January is always the coolest. Her name is January. I love the blue. I love the messy hair. I love the cat eyes. She is taking a risk. I don't think her boobs look like "coffee filters", and I don't think her dress is cut like that for the purpose of airing anything out down below, as per opinion of the E! Fashion Police. The E! Fashion Police being Joan "3 sheets to the wind" Rivers, Giuliana "I had an ucky ponytail on the Emmy red carpet" Rancic, Kelly "I'm pretty fashion forward now, but let's not forget the Hot Topic stage I went through at eighteen" Osbourne, and the one token man who nobody is really sure of why he is there or who he actually is, but everyone is sure wishing he were Tom Ford.
