I think about this movie scene from 1988s Big quite often. Nothing in particular really sparks the thought, it's just a recurring moment that I can't help but revisit. Beside the fact that I am in love with everything that is Tom Hanks, I think I just overall appreciate the movie's reminder to always retain your sense of innocence. Things can get really tough. Trust me, up till last week I had been homeless and jobless for over a month, but I think when it comes down to it every problem that arises is so much simpler to fix than we sometimes allow it to be. Though things won't always be okay, I think if we always maintain a sense of play and flexibility, things can be better. A lot of you have probably read this poem, but see here for what I mean.
